THE SECRET TO THE CREAMIEST CACIO E PEPE EVER

INGREDIENTS: 4 oz of Spaghetti, 3-4 Oz (1 Cup or so) of Pecorino Romano Grated like snow, 1 Teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper, 1/2-1 Cup of Hot Pasta Water (Approx), NO SALT.

Not Another Cooking Show: I believe cooking should be a basic human skill, like reading, writing, or driving a car.
