The thing is, I don’t have a lot of the fancy equipment a sous vide chef uses. INGREDIENTS: 2 - 12 ounce NY Strip Steak, 4 tablespoons Kent Rollins' Original Seasoning or favorite all-purpose seasoning, 2 cryovac bags, 2 to 3 gallons water.
