• 2 whole heads garlic 

• ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling 

• kosher salt, for the pasta water and to taste 

• 8 anchovy fillets 

• ½ cup toasted slivered almonds 

• 2 cups loosely packed fresh italian parsley leaves 

• pinch crushed red pepper flakes 

• 1 pound spaghetti 

• ½ cup grated grana padano
